1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Flow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Flow is a productivity application that helps users manage their screen time and focus by:

• Temporarily blocking selected apps during focus sessions
• Tracking focus session statistics
• Providing scheduling and reminder features
• Offering premium features through subscription

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal productivity
• Not attempt to circumvent or disable the app blocking features
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Be solely responsible for your use of the App and any consequences thereof

4. App Blocking Feature

The app blocking feature uses Apple's Screen Time API. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily choosing to block access to selected apps
• The blocking is self-imposed and can be disabled by ending your focus session
• We are not responsible for any consequences of being unable to access blocked apps during a session
• In emergency situations, you can always end a session to regain access to apps

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Flow offers limited free features including up to 3 focus sessions per day.

Premium Subscription: Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
• Lifetime purchase (one-time)

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Flow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will improve your productivity (results vary by individual)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
