Open Support RequestWhen you start a focus session, Flow will automatically block the apps you've selected in your settings. You'll need to grant Screen Time permissions during onboarding for this feature to work.
Yes. While we encourage completing your sessions, you can always end a session early by tapping the "End Session" button. This will immediately unblock all apps.
Flow uses Apple's Screen Time API to temporarily block distracting apps during your focus sessions. Without this permission, app blocking won't work, but you can still use Flow's timer and tracking features.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel: Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Flow, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal information or focus session data.
Go to Settings within the app and tap "Delete All Data". Alternatively, uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.
Make sure you've granted Screen Time permissions. Go to your device Settings, then Screen Time, then Flow, and ensure all necessary permissions are enabled. If issues persist, try restarting the app or your device.
