Flow ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device:

• Focus Session Data: Start times, durations, and completion status of your focus sessions
• App Preferences: Your selected blocked apps, session settings, and notification preferences
• Statistics: Aggregated focus time, streaks, and productivity metrics
• Schedule Data: Your scheduled focus sessions and routines

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or store any of your personal data on external servers. Your focus sessions, blocked app selections, and usage statistics never leave your device.

Screen Time & App Blocking

Flow uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls) to block apps during focus sessions. This feature:

• Only activates when you start a focus session
• Only blocks apps you have explicitly selected
• Is entirely controlled by you
• Does not send any app usage data to us or third parties

Third-Party Services

Flow uses the following Apple services:

• StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases (handled entirely by Apple)
• Screen Time API: For app blocking functionality
• Local Notifications: For session reminders (processed on-device)

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

In-App Purchases

Subscription and purchase transactions are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles payment data.

Children's Privacy

Flow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all Flow data by:

• Using the "Delete All Data" option in Settings
• Uninstalling the app from your device

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.
